改良示教法在诊断学体格检查教学中的应用

目的:在诊断学体格检查教学中实施改良示教法,以期改进传统教学中存在的问题.方法:随机选择华中科技大学2005级本科临床专业某小班32人为实验组,在传统分系统全程示教法基础上,结合体格检查中的重点难点进行分解示教;以华中科技大学2004级临床专业七年制全班102人为对照组,按传统示教法示教.两组分别进行一学期的教学后进行体格检查操作考试,对成绩进行t检验.结果:实验组在体格检查操作考试中总成绩明显优于对照组,两者存在明显的差异(P<0.001),并且在对重点难点的掌握上也明显优于对照组(P<0.001).结论:改良示教法较传统的教学方法更有助于学生熟练掌握体格检查.

Application of improved demonstration in physical examination teaching of diagnostics
