市级医院后勤队伍现状调查与完善对策

分析了医院后勤系统管理、人员队伍现状,指出当前医院后勤管理队伍人才结构不合理,医院对后勤队伍建设不够重视,后勤人员自身缺乏危机意识和竞争意识,提出完善医院后勤管理各项工作流程与制度、加强医院后勤人才队伍培训与建设、完善医院运行的成本控制等对策。

Situation investigation and countermeasures of the municipal hospital logistics team

After analyzing the logistics management system and the current staff status of the hospital,it was indicated that the staff structure was unreasonable,the building of the logistics team was neglected and logistics personnel lacked a sense of crisis and competition themselves. It is suggested to improve hospital processes and logistics management system,strengthen personnel training and hospital logistics and enhance cost control and other hospital management countermeasures.
