舍曲林联合振源胶囊治疗2型糖尿病患者伴发抑郁症状对照研究

目的：探讨舍曲林联合振源胶囊治疗2型糖尿病患者伴发抑郁症状的临床疗效和安全性。方法将66例2型糖尿病伴发抑郁症状患者随机分成两组，每组33例，研究组口服舍曲林联合振源胶囊治疗，对照组口服舍曲林治疗，观察6周。治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗6周末研究组抑郁症状改善显效率72．7％、总有效率87．9％，对照组分别为42．4％、60．6％，研究组显著高于对照组（χ^2＝4．06、6．42，P＜0．05）；研究组糖脂代谢各项指标及失眠、胸痹、心悸、肝功能异常、心电图异常发生率均显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论舍曲林联合振源胶囊治疗2型糖尿病患者伴发抑郁症状疗效显著，安全性高，依从性好，显著优于单用舍曲林治疗。

A control study of Zhenyuan capsule combined with sertraline in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with depressive symptoms

Objectives To explore the efficacy and safety of Zhenyuan capsule combined with sertraline in the treatment of type 2 diabetes （T2D） patients with depressive symptoms （DS） .Methods Sixty-six T2D patients with DS were randomly assigned to two groups of 33 ones each ,research group took orally Zheny-uan capsule combined with sertraline and control did sertraline for 6 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） before and aftere treatment and adverse reactions with the Treat-ment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） .Results At the end of the 6th week ,obvious and total effective rate of the improvements of depressive symptoms were respectively 72 .7% and 87 .9% in research group and 42 .4% and 60 .6% in control ,the former were significantly higher than the latter （χ2 =4 .06 ,6 .42 ;P＆lt;0 .05）;incidences of all indexes of glycolipid metabolism ,insomnia ,pectoral stuffiness pain ,palpita-tion ,dysfunction of liver and ECG abnormal were significantly lower in research than control group （P＆lt;0 .05 or 0 .01） .Conclusion Zhenyuan capsule combined with sertraline has an evident effect ,higher safety and better compliance compared with single sertraline in the treatment of T 2D patients with DS .
