鼻咽癌放疗患者平均住院日的影响因素分析

目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者平均住院日的影响因素,为进一步缩短平均住院日提供思路。方法以2012年12月-2013年12月收治的205例接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,采用SPSS 20.0软件建立数据库并进行统计分析找出影响平均住院日的显著因素。结果患者入院时合并其他疾病对平均住院日的影响具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,性别、年龄、医疗保险、职业对鼻咽癌患者平均住院日的影响不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论规范化诊治鼻咽癌的同时,积极治疗患者入院时合并的其他疾病有助于缩短平均住院日。

Analysis on Influential Factor of Average Length of Stay of Patient with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Treated with Radiotherapy

Objective To analyze factors influencing on hospital average length of stay in patients with the nasopharyngeal carcinoma combining with hospitalization process, and discuss action routes that various factors effect on average length of stay in order to provide thought to further shorten average stay. Methods 205 patients receiving radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated admitted to hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were regarded as subjects. SPSS 20.0 software was used to establish the database and perform statistical analysis to find out the significant factors influencing the average length of stay. Results concomitant diseases had an impact on average length of stay, which reached statistical significance（P0.05）; However, there was no statistically significant interactions between age, gender, occupation, medical insurance and average length of stay（P0.05）.Conclusion When standardized treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, aggressive treatments concomitant diseases meanwhile helps to shorten the average length of stay.
