| 摘 要： | 重复经颅磁刺激是一种无痛、无创伤的新型治疗和研究技术，在精神科领域的使用已趋于成熟，特别是近几年，重复经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的研究取得了很大的进展，对抑郁症认知功能的治疗作用也受到国内外学者的广泛关注，使其有望成为治疗抑郁症的有效手段之一。本文就重复经颅磁刺激的基本原理、对抑郁症认知功能障碍治疗的有关研究结果以及作用机制、安全性等作一综述。

| Abstract: | The repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） is a painless and atraumatic novel treatment and research technique ,its use in psychiatric domain tends to be matured ,especially in recent years rTMS study has made great progress ,its therapeutic action on cognitive function of depression is generally concerned by domestic and foreign scholars ,it is hopeful to become one of effective therapeutic tools for depression .This paper summarizes rTMS’s basic principle ,findings relative to its treatment for depression cognitive dysfunction ,mechanism of action and safety . |
