摘    要:
目的观察异丙酚对糖尿病大鼠颈动脉窦压力感受性反射(CSR)的影响。方法Wistar大鼠36只,随机分为正常对照组(N组)和糖尿病组(D组),每组根据药物浓度不同分为空白对照组(NN、DN组),低浓度异丙酚组(NL、DL组)和高浓度异丙酚组(NH、DH组),分别用K—H液、含50umol/L异丙酚的K—H液和含100umol/L异丙酚的K—H液隔离灌流大鼠颈动脉窦区,同步记录窦内压(ISP)和动脉血压(MAP)的变化,绘制ISP—MAP关系曲线并测大鼠CSR机能参数。结果异丙酚致大鼠ISP-MAP关系曲线向右上方移位,血压反射性下降值和最大斜率减小;阈压、饱和压、平衡压增大,D组较N组变化更加明显。结论异丙酚能够抑制大鼠的CSR,同等浓度异丙酚对糖尿病组CSR的抑制作用大于正常对照组。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol on carotid sinus baroreflex in diabetes meltitus rats. Methods Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal (N) and diabetes mellitus (D) groups. Each group were again assigned to eontrol(NN, DN),low level propofol (NL,DL) and high level propofol (NH,DH) groups according to the drug's concentration and perfused isolated carotid sinus by K-H solution; K-H solution containing 50umol/L propofol and K-H solution containing 100 umol/L propofol respec- tively. The ISP-MAP relation curves were constructed and the functional parameters of baroreflex were determined by recording changes in intracarotid sinus pressure (ISP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP). Results By perfusing with propofol, the ISP-MAP relation curve was shifted to the right and upward. The reflex decrease in mean arterial pressure and peak slope were decreased, while the threshold pressure, saturation pressure and equilibrium pressure were increased. All changes in Group D were more obviously than those in Group N. Conclusion The CSR in diabetes mellitus rats could be inhibited by propofol and the inhibition was heavier than normal rats by the same concentration.
