| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低位硬膜外麻醉、低位蛛网膜下腔麻醉及骶管麻醉在肛肠外科短小手术中的麻醉效果和术后并发症情况。方法选择2006年5月～2008年5月进行肛肠外科短小手术患者102例，依据麻醉方式的不同随机分为三组：硬膜外组（低位硬膜外麻醉）、腰麻组（低位蛛网膜下腔阻滞）和骶管麻醉组。观察三组患者的麻醉效果、术后尿潴留、术后6h下肢活动情况及术后头痛、局麻药中毒反应等情况。结果三组在麻醉效果上差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；硬膜外组和腰麻组在术后尿潴溜、术后6h下肢活动情况及术后头痛等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；硬膜外组和骶管麻醉组在局麻药中毒反应方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论低位硬膜外阻滞优于低位蛛网膜下腔阻滞和骶管麻醉，减少了术后尿潴溜、术后头痛、活动障碍及局麻药中毒反应等并发症，且低位硬膜外阻滞具有麻醉管理方便不需强调体位变化的优点。
