| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者血清B型钠尿肽（BNP）水平的变化及其在临床护理中的意义。方法将82例ACS患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上结合BNP阳性结果，实施针对性干预，比较两组间BNP值、心电图正常、心衰症状、心源性休克等指标的变化情况。结果BNP、心电图正常、心衰症状、心源性休克等指标观察组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论BNP检测不仅对ACS的诊断、治疗评估和预后判断有重要作用，而且对指导护理ACS患者有着重要的临床意义。 |
