大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤时CXCL9因子的表达

摘    要:
目的探讨大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤时CXCL9因子的表达和中介素1-53(IMD1—53)对其的影响。方法建立大鼠在体肺缺血再灌注模型。将72只健康的Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组(c组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)、中介素1—53组(IMD组)。每组取缺血45min、再灌注60min、再灌注120min时点各8只大鼠留取血浆及右肺组织。ELISA法检测血浆中CXCL9的含量,组织学评价肺组织损伤。结果IMD组血浆中CXCL9因子的表达均低于IR组,组织学变化显示预先给予IMD1—53可减轻肺缺血再灌注损伤。结论IMD1—53对肺缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其作用机制可能为减少趋化因子CXCL9因子的表达。
