| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法瘘管型慢性根尖周炎54例根管治疗后注入盐酸米诺环素软膏，与常规治疗54例进行疗效对照。结果实验组1周后及2周后瘘管闭合率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），且1年后两组疗效也有显著差异性（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎效果明显，安全简便，显著提高了近期及远期疗效。
