| 重组弓形虫P30抗原诊断弓形虫病的初步探讨 |

| 摘 要： | 为探讨重组弓形虫P30抗原（rP30）对弓形虫病的诊断价值,将rP30包被于酶标反应板微孔,用常规ELISA检测血清抗体。结果4例染色试验阳性血清,抗-rP30 IgG全部阳性,阳性符合率为 100％;27例虫体IgG/IgM抗体阳性血清中,22例rP30I-ELISA阳性,符合率为85.2％;100例门诊病人和50例献血员血清的阳性检出率分别为9.0％和8.0％。说明rP30检测弓形虫病患者血清具有一定的敏感性和特异性,可望替代天然的弓形虫抗原用于弓形虫病的诊断。

| Abstract: | To valuate the specificity and sensibility of recombinant P30 antigen in immunodiagnosis of tox-oplasmosis by ELISA. Methods: The rP30 was used to coat microplates for ELISA. Results: Of the 27 patients with toxoplasmosis diagnosed by IgG/IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii, 22 were detected by rP30-ELISA, the rate of positive was 85.2% . 9 of 100 patients from outpatient department and 8 of 50 healthy individuels were positive by rP30-ELISA. Conclusion: rP30 is a useful antigen for immunodiagnosis of toxoplasmosis. |
