| 摘 要： | 目的观察新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效.方法7例局部晚期宫颈癌患者用PVB方案化疗2个疗程后,观察宫颈局部肿瘤体积变化.结果宫颈肿瘤体积缩小.结论新辅助化疗可以使宫颈肿瘤体积缩小,降低临床分期,有利于手术切除.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects of new adjuvant chemotherapy on locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix.Methods Sever patients with locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix were used PVB project for two courses and then the local change of the cervix were observed.Results The volume of all the tumors were diminished.Conclusion New adjuvant chemotherapy can diminish the volume of the tumors,which can make the clinical stage lower and do the benefit for the operation. |
