| 摘 要： | 正在我国,咳嗽是呼吸专科门诊的患者就诊时最为常见的症状。特别是慢性咳嗽,具有沉重的全球性健康负担,影响了约10%的普通成年人群~(1])。因其严重影响生活质量而成为显著的健康问题~(2]),并给临床带来了诸多挑战~(3-4])。中医对咳嗽的诊治有悠久的历史和丰富的经验,大量的临床实践证明中医药治疗慢性咳嗽具有独特的优势。但目前中医关于慢性咳

Literature Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms ofChronic Cough |

| Abstract: | Purpose: The study aims to promote the process of standardization and normalization of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cough. Methods: The method is to enter the network version of Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), select the literatures by Keywordsand analyze the common symptoms of chronic cough. Results: The relationship between symptoms and syndromes was preliminarily discussed as a literature background for standardizing common clinical symptoms and syndromes of chronic cough.Conclusion: Formulating the frequency table of clinical symptom profile of chronic cough has laid a foundation for the establishment of the standardized system of syndrome differentiation. |
