| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨环氧化酶-2（COX-2）与淋巴结阴性乳腺癌生物学特性及预后因素的关系。方法：免疫组化法研究119例淋巴结阴性乳腺癌组织中COX-2的表达,以Spearman相关回归分析研究COX-2与其它预后因素的相关性;以聚类分析法从临床角度定位COX-2作为生物学指标的意义。结果：COX-2表达与肿瘤大小、HER-2表达、基质金属蛋白酶（MMP2）表达与基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP9）共表达密切相关。聚类分析表明COX-2最密切关联的基因表达为HER-2,它们与p21、p27（周期相关抑癌基因表达组）、MMP1、MMP9、临床指标-肿瘤大小可归为一类。结论：COX-2高表达与预后不良的生物指标状态相关;COX-2与肿瘤增殖、侵袭的生物学特性存在一定的联系。
