改良内倒转术在剖宫产术中出头困难的应用

目的探讨改良内倒转术在剖宫产术中出头困难的应用。方法对2009年4月—2011年11月在本院妇产科行剖宫产术,术中出现出头困难的180例产妇行改良内倒转术。结果 180例产妇行改良内倒转术均成功。未出现子宫下段切口延裂,无输尿管及膀胱损伤,无新生儿极重度窒息或死亡,产后出血量无增加。结论剖宫产术中出现出头困难时,改良内倒转术是行之有效的,且手术方法简单、安全。

Application of modified internal breech conversion to cesarean section for delivering difficulty of fetal head

Objective To evaluate the application of modified internal breech conversion to cesarean section for delivering difficulty of fetal head.Methods A total of 180 cases were performed modified internal breech conversion for delivering difficulty of fetal head in our hospital from April 2009 to November 2011.Results The 180 cases performed modified internal breech conversion were all successful,without such complications as extension of laceration of low uterine incision,damage to ureteral and bladder,severely neonatal asphyxia or neonatal death,and increasing blood loss after delivery.Conclusion When delivering difficulty of fetal head in cesarean section occurs,modified internal breech conversion is efficient to solve it.For the surgical method is simple and safe,it can be promoted in clinical practice.
