Abstract: | Metronidazole powder was analysed nondestructively by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectra combined with partial least squares (PLS) method. The influence of the wavelenghs on the capacity of quantitative prediction of PLS method was discussed. The relative standard errors of prediction for the calibration samples and prediction samples were 0.0866% and 0.1557% respectively. The results are satisfactory. |
