护理干预对社区高血压患者用药误区的研究

目的探讨护理干预对社区高血压患者用药误区的影响。方法通过自制调查表对社区就诊的85例高血压患者的用药误区进行调查后，采用多种健康教育形式，针对不同的社区高血压患者进行相应的健康教育。结果通过护理干预后，社区高血压患者用药误区的比例明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论通过积极有效的健康教育，纠正高血压患者的用药误区，提高用药依从性，可以帮助患者更有效的控制血压，预防并发症。

The nursing intervention in patients with hypertension at community

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on understanding of proper use of medicine in hypertensive patients at community. Methods 85 patients with hypertension were interviewed using the questionnaire of misunderstanding of proper use of antihypertensive therapy. Meanwhile the health education of hypertension was performed at the community. Results the rate of misunderstanding of proper use of medicine in hypertensive patients at eonmaunity decreased significantly after the health education（ P 〈 0.05）
Conclusion The health education of hypertension can correct the misunderstanding of proper use of medicine in hypertensive patients,improve the compliance of patients with anfihypertensive therapy and prevent complications.
