高血压病患者饮食营养护理干预及其效果评价

摘    要:
目的:总结了高血压病患者饮食营养护理干预及其效果评价.方法:选取我院2016年9月~2019年9月收治的96例高血压患者,并随机分成两组(观察组与对照组),均经常规的护理方法,观察组在常规护理方法基础上以饮食营养护理干预措施.结果:观察组患者总有效率为46例(95.83%),优于对照组总有效率35例(72.91%),两组间比较总有效率差异显著,P<0.05.结论:高血压病患者饮食营养护理干预能够有效控制患者血压状况,促使高血压患者的康复治疗起着重要的作用,让患者早日康复.

Abstract:
Objective:To summarize the nutritional nursing intervention and its effect evaluation of hypertension patients.Methods:96 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups(the observation group and the control group),all of which were treated with conventional nursing methods,and the observation group took diet nutrition nursing intervention measures based on the conventional nursing methods.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 46 cases(95.83%),which was better than that of the control group35 cases(72.91%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary nutrition nursing intervention can effectively control the blood pressure of patients with hypertension,promote the rehabilitation treatment of patients with hypertension plays an important role,and make patients recover as soon as possible.
