对行全身麻醉的手术患者实施麻醉护理的临床效果观察

目的:探讨对行全身麻醉的手术患者实施麻醉护理的临床效果.方法:将2018年4月至2019年4月期间于我院进行全麻手术的70例患者应用盲选分组法分为对照组和观察组,各35例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展麻醉护理.对比两组护理后的心率水平、血压水平及麻醉后苏醒相关指标.结果:护理后,观察组的心率频次、舒张压及收缩压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的麻醉恢复室滞留时间和完全苏醒时间均短于对照组,其苏醒后体温高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:为全身麻醉手术患者开展麻醉护理的效果显著,可明显改善患者的心率及血压水平,缩短麻醉苏醒时间,提高苏醒后体温,值得进行推广应用.

Clinical Effect of Anesthesia Nursing on Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of anesthesia nursing for patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods:70 patients who underwent general anesthesia operation in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by blind selection,35 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given anesthesia nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The heart rate,blood pressure and the related indexes of recovery after anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the heart rate frequency,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The retention time of anaesthesia recovery room and full recovery time in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group,and their body temperature was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of anesthesia nursing for patients undergoing general anesthesia operation is significant.It can obviously improve the heart rate and blood pressure level of patients,shorten the time of anesthesia recovery,and improve the body temperature after recovery.It is worth popularizing and applying.
