摘    要:
目的建立食品中烷基苯磺酸钠的检测方法。方法样品经50%乙醇在PH8~PH9时,50℃浸渍提取,采用亚甲蓝分光光度法测定。结果食品中烷基苯磺酸钠线性范围在(0~200)mg/kg,回收率在(96.2~103.7)%,最低检出浓度10 mg/kg。结论该方法具有快速、简便、准确等优点,能满足实际工作需要。

Abstract:
Objective To establish an analytical method of determination of Sodium dodecylsulfate in foods by spectrophotometry.Methods Based on the fact that Sodium dodecylsulfate can be determinated when the sample is dipped and extracted by 50% alcohol in the condition of PH8~9 and tempreture 50℃.Results The linear range of the calibration curve was 0~200mg/kg and the limit of detection was 10mg/kg.The rates of recoveries were 96.2%~103.7%.Conclusion This mothod is found to be sensitive,fast and accurate.Therefore,it can be successfully used for determination of Sodium dodecylsulfate in foods.
