miRNA-126与肿瘤靶基因的研究进展

MicroRNA（miRNA）是长度约18~25nt的非蛋白编码小分子RNA，广泛存在于各种真核细胞生物细胞中。人类miR-126分为成熟体miR-126-3p和miR-126-5p，它们在细胞的生长、发育、癌变等生命过程中有着非常重要的作用。miR-126在多种肿瘤中呈现低表达，通过信号传导通路负向调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭，起到抑癌基因的作用。miR-126通过作用于接头蛋白Crk（Crk adaptor proteins）、同源盒基因9（homeobox protein Hox-A9）、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)和胰岛素受体底物1（insulin receptor substrate 1，IRS1）等多种靶基因而在肿瘤发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。

Research progress of tumor and miRNA -126

MicroRNA(miRNA)is endogenous 18 ~25 nucleotide small non -coding RNAs which widely exist in the cells of various eukaryotic biological cells.Human miR -126 include mature body miR -126 -3p and miR -126 -5p,which have important roles in cell growth,development and tumorigenesis process of lives.miR -126 plays a role of tumor -suppressor gene in many cancers through signaling pathways that control tumor cell proliferation,migration, invasion and survival while down -regulated in the tumor tissue sample.miR -126 plays key roles in tumorigenesis by regulating the expression of its targets such as Crk adaptor proteins(Crk),Homeobox protein Hox -A9(Hoxa9), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS1).
