超声介导下BI-RADS 4级乳腺肿物行空心针穿刺活检的诊断意义

目的:探讨超声介导下BI-RADS 4级乳腺肿物患者行空心针穿刺活检对肿物性质的诊断价值。方法:随机抽取我科于2014年1月-2014年12月共500例已行手术治疗的乳腺肿块患者，收集其穿刺病理与切检病理（包括术中快速冰冻切片或术后病理）结果，应用SPSS 17.0对其空心针穿刺活检与切除活检结果一致性作比较分析，并将超声下BI-RADS 4级的病例单独列出，检验组间一致性。结果:超声介导下空心针穿刺活检（US-CNB）与切除活检的病理诊断结果符合率为96.23%，BI-RADS 4级病例诊断结果符合率为94.57%，与整体准确率相差不大，与切除活检具有良好的一致性。结论:US-CNB作为对乳腺肿瘤的术前诊断手段之一，对超声下良恶性难以鉴别的BI-RADS 4级乳腺肿物具有较好的诊断价值。

Value of core needle biopsy in the diagnosis of breast tumors under BI-RADS 4

Objective:To find the value of core needle biopsy to the patients with breast tumors of BI-RADS 4.Methods:Collecting 500 patients who had accepted operations in our department to analyze the consistency between core needle biopsy and excision biopsy.Results:The coincidence rate between core needle biopsy and excision biopsy was 96.23%，and the figure of BI-RADS 4 tumors 94.57%，the two methods had a high consistency.Conclusion:As a mean of the diagnosis of breast tumors，core needle biopsy has great value for tumors of BI-RADS 4 level.
