| 摘 要： | 肿瘤存在异质性，因此抗肿瘤治疗应该重视个体化。体外肿瘤细胞药物敏感性试验是目前临床上指导个体化用药的重要手段，了解其优势和局限性对于选择合适的试验方法尤为重要。本文结合相关文献，概述目前常用的几种体外肿瘤细胞药敏试验方法的特点及应用，希望对敏感性抗癌药物筛选方法的选择提供参考。

| Abstract: | The antitumor therapy should be individualized because of tumor heterogeneity.Drug sensitivity assay of tumor cells in vitro is the important method for guiding clinical individualized medication.Therefore,the understanding of their advantages and limitations is important to choose the proper test methods.This paper summarizes the charac-teristics and applications of the current several kinds of drug sensitivity assay of tumor cells in vitro.We hope it could be references for choosing sensitive anti -cancer drugs screening methods. |
