腹腔镜肠粘连松解术9例治疗体会

目的：探讨治疗粘连性肠梗阻的新方法。方法：对1999年10月－2000年10月因粘连性肠梗阻腹腔镜下肠粘连松解术的9例病人进行回顾性分析。结果：本组病例均获满意的疗效。平均手术时间67．7min，术中平均出血量20ml，术后平均住院4d，无术后并发症。均随访至今无复发。结论：腹腔镜肠粘连松解术创口小、腹膜创面少、操作轻柔、腹腔干扰少，能较大限度地减少术后腹腔内再粘连，为粘连性肠梗阻的外科治疗治疗提供了一种新方法，是临床有价值的治疗手段。

Intestines Conglutination Loosen by Laparoscope-Experience of 9 Cases

Objective:To evaluate the new treatment for intestinal obstruction due to adhesion. Method:The retrospective analysis was carried out on 9 patients of intestinal obstruction due to adhesion who underwent the accretion-lysis by laparoscope from Oct.1999 to Oct.2000.Results:We obtained successful outcomes in all patients,with the average operation time of 67.7 minutes,bleeding capacity of 20ml,hospitalization time of 4 days.No complications and recurrence after the operation were found.Conclusions:Smaller wound and traumatic area,as well as lighter operation of the accretion-lysis by laparoscope may decrease the recurrence after operation.It offers a new surgical treatment for intestinal obstruction due to adhesion and worthy of clinical application.
