| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT导引下经皮腰椎间盘切除术的价值。方法 对142例(164个椎间盘)采用了此法治疗;切割前先对靶椎间盘进行薄层CT扫描,并作穿刺参数的测量,所有病例均在CT监控下进行穿刺、切割。结果 穿刺成功率100％,无1例发生并发症。显效率为65.1％,有效率为29.6％,无效率为5.3％。结论 ①CT导引下各穿刺参数真实,准确,能及时观察椎间盘被切割的范围和被还纳复位的情况;②对手术治疗后症状复发者可再用本法治疗。 |

| Abstract: | To study the value of CT guided percutaneous removal of lumbar vertebral desc. Methods The abovemethod was used in 142 cases of patients (164 discs). Thin layers scanned the target intervertebral discs before cutting and measured the parameters of puncture. All the patients were monitored with CT while performing puncturing and cutting. Results The successful rate of puncturing was 100% , no complication happened. The effective rate was 65.1% , the available rate was 29. 6%. the ineffective rate was 5. 3%. Conclusion (1)The parameters of puncturing guided with CT are true and accurate; It can observe the cutted range of intervetebral discs and the. state of reposition; just in time; (2)Shoulthe the symptoms and signs recur after surgical operation, it can be treated with this method again. |
