| 摘 要： | 胃癌是全球范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一，中国胃癌发病及死亡人数几乎占全球发病和死亡人数的50%。晚期胃癌生存预后差。随着个体化精准治疗的发展，靶向治疗及免疫治疗已成为综合治疗的热点，本文就近年来晚期胃癌的化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗研究进展作简要综述。 |

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. The number of gastric cancer cases and related deaths in China accounts for almost half of the global data. The survival prognosis of advanced gastric cancer is poor. With the development of individualized precision therapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy have become the focus of comprehensive therapy. This paper reviews the latest research progress of chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. |
