| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是全身糖代谢紊乱所导致的慢性炎症性疾病,目前仍然是全球严重的公共卫生问题.作为重要糖尿病靶器官损害之一,糖尿病眼部并发症是一组严重影响患者视觉质量乃至致盲的眼病.常见的糖尿病相关眼病包括糖尿病性视网膜病变、糖尿病性视神经病变、糖尿病性白内障、糖尿病相关眼表疾病、糖尿病性眼肌麻痹等,其规范化管理需要多学科密切合作.... |

| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by disorder of systemic glucose metabolism, and it is still a serious public health problem worldwide. As one of the important diabetic target organ damages, diabetic eye complications seriously affect visual quality and even cause blindness. Common diabetes-related eye diseases include diabetic retinopathy, diabetic optic neuropathy, diabetic cataract, diabetes-related ocular surface disease, and diabetic ophthalmoplegia. The standardized management of these diseases requires close multidisciplinary cooperation. This article summarizes the diagnostic criteria and treatment norms of diabetes-related eye diseases, in order to strengthen the understanding and comprehensive management of these diseases. |
