m6A RNA甲基化修饰因子在肝癌中作用的研究进展

m6A RNA甲基化是一种重要的表观遗传修饰,这种转录后的RNA修饰是受甲基化酶、去甲基化酶和识别m6A修饰的蛋白质调控的动态和可逆的过程。m6A参与了真核生物RNA代谢的各个方面,包括mRNA前剪接、3' 端加工、核输出、翻译调节、mRNA衰变和非编码RNA(ncRNA)加工。已有较多的证据表明m6A因子的异常表达或功能异常与肝癌的发生和进展有关,但仍有部分m6A甲基化修饰因子在肝癌中的作用机制未明。本文就m6A甲基化修饰因子在肝癌中的作用进行了系统回顾,归纳了m6A因子在肝癌中的作用机制及其对预后的影响,总结了目前研究尚不充分的领域。该研究为开展下一阶段的m6A甲基化修饰在肝癌中的机制研究提供借鉴。

Research progress of m6A RNA methylation regulatory factors in hepatic carcinoma

N6-methyladenosine(m6A) is an important epigenetic modification.This post-transcriptional RNA modification is a dynamic and reversible process regulated by methyltransferases,demethylases and RNA binding proteins.N6-methyladenosine is involved in various aspects of eukaryotes RNA metabolism including pre-mRNA splicing,3′-end processing,nuclear export,translation regulation,mRNA decay and noncoding RNA(ncRNA) processing.There has been a lot of evidence that the abnormal expression or function of m6A regulatory factor is related to the occurrence and progression of hepatic carcinoma,the role of some m6A methylation modifiers in hepatic carcinoma is still unknown.In this review,the role of m6A methylation modifier in hepatic carcinoma was systematically reviewed,the mechanism of m6A methylation modifier in hepatic carcinoma and its effect on prognosis for hepatic carcinoma were summarized,and the areas that are not sufficiently studied at present were summarized.This study provides reference for the next stage of the mechanism of m6A methylation modification in hepatic carcinoma.
