中医舌诊自动识别方法的研究

摘    要:本文分析了中医舌诊的主要内容,提出了实现自动识别的对策。在此基础上,以Munsell颜色系统为色标,运用色度学、近代光学技术、数字图像处理技术和计算机硬件技术,建立了中医舌诊自动识别系统。在该系统上,以中医辨症论治学说为指导,将计算机软件技术与临床辨舌经验结合,利用样本训练系统,根据模糊数学理论,确定有关舌像的定义域,进行纹理分析。临床研究了366例淡红舌、暗红舌、紫红舌、暗紫舌四种舌像,符合率86.34%。

Abstract:The paper analyzed data of diagnosis by tongue feature in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and presented a measure of realizing automatic diagnosis. Munsell color system was used as standard of color. A system of automatic diagnosis by tongue feature in TCM was establised using color science, modern optical,digital image processing technique and computer hardware technique. Besides the paper described structure and operation of the system.Then on theory of dialectical therapy of TCM, experiences of clinical diagnosis by tongue feature were proccssed with computer software technique, and software of automatic diagnosis developed. Based on theory of Fuzzy mathematics, definition domain of image of tongues was provided by sample training technique. 366 clinical cases were observed, including four types of tongue features(nature,coating) of pale red, dark red, violet red and dull purple. The clinical experimental results were essentially conformed with the diagnosis of TCM doctors with correspondence rate of 86.34%.
