冠心病患者D-二聚体及C反应蛋白的临床观察

摘    要:
目的 探讨冠心病(CHD)患者D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)和超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的变化及临床意义.方法 62例CHD患者,根据病情将其分为急性冠脉综合症组(ACS组)24例和稳定型心绞痛组(SA组)38例,40例健康者作为对照组(control组),分别测定DD、Fg和hs-CRP的水平.结果 ACS组和SA组DD、Fg和hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且ACS组DD、Fg和hs-CRP水平也明显高于SA组(P<0.01);冠心病患者DD、Fg和hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 DD、Fg和hs-CRP与冠心病密切相关,三者联合检测对预测冠心病发生和发展有一定指导意义.

Abstract:
objective To investige the changes and significances of dimmer(DD),Fibrinogen (Fg)and high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Method 62 patients with CHD were divided into two groups:acute coronary syndrome group (ACS group):24 and stable angina group (SA group):38,and 40 healthy persons served as control. The levels of DD, Fg and hs-CRP were measured respectively. Result The levels of DD, Fg and hs-CRP in ACS group and SA group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01);The levels of DD,Fg and hs-CRP in ACS group were significantly higher than those in SA group (P <0.01).The DD and Fg levels of patients with CHD correlated with the hs-CRP levels (P <0.01).Conclusion The levels of DD, Fg and hs-CRP play an important role in initiation and progression of CHD. They may be valuable for predicting the occurrence and development of CHD.
