炎性乳腺癌的X线诊断

目的：提高炎性乳腺癌的x线诊断准确性。材料与方法：对17例经病理证实的炎性乳腺癌作回顾性x线分析。结果：炎性乳腺癌x线征象表现以下特点：主要x线征象：肿块型4例，浸润型13例；次要x线征象：皮下脂肪层混浊、呈索条状致密影或细网状致密影11例，仅见皮下脂肪层密度高于健侧5例，皮肤广泛增厚10例，局部增厚6例；乳晕乳头：乳晕区增厚，乳头凹陷9例，乳晕区增厚，乳头无明显异常x线征象6例；血管影：较对侧增粗、迂曲12例，腋下见淋巴结肿大13例。结论：钼靶x线是炎性乳腺癌检查的首选方法，是其诊断及鉴别诊断的重要依据。

Mammographic Manifestations of Inflammatory Breast Cancer

Purpose; To improve the diagnostic accuracy of inflammatory breast cancer. Materials and Methods: The mammographic films of 17 cases of inflammatory breast cancer pathologically proved were reviewed. Results: The X- ray characteristics of inflammatory breast cancer as follows: the major signs: the mass type 4 cases, the infiltration type 13 cases; the minor signs: the subcutaneous adipose layer opacity presenting as strip or reticular densa shadow 11 cases, only the subcutaneous adipose layer having higher density than the other health breast 5 cases, widespread thickened skin 10 cases, logical thickened skin 6 cases; the breast nipple and areola: thickened areola zoon with crater nipple 9 cases, thickened areola zoon with no visual nipple abnormal 6 cases; the breast vessel: more rough and tortuous vessel than the conttalateral breast 12 cases, sweeled lymph node of axillia 13 cases. Conclusion: The mammogram is the major method for checking inflammatory breast cancer and in differentiating cancer from mastitis.
