| 摘 要： | 目的分析胸腔积液患者的病因和诊断方法。方法对87例胸腔积液患者的临床资料进行病因分析。结果胸腔积液常见病因依次为结核性47.12%,肿瘤性21.84%,心功能衰竭12.64%,其他原因18.39%。结论结核性胸膜炎是胸腔积液的首要病因,肿瘤性胸腔积液以老年患者居多,肺栓塞可以造成胸腔积液。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the etiologies and diagnostic methods of pleural effusion.Methods 87 cases of p leural effusion of patients clinical datas were investigated retrospectively.Results The etiology of 87 cases was as follows：tuberculosis（47.12%）, cancer（21.84%）,heart failure（12.64%）,other causes（18.39%）.Conclusion Tuberculous pleuritis is the primary cause of pleural effusion.malignant tumorsmainly in elderly patients.pulmonary embolism can cause pleural effusion. |
