粘液型铜绿假单胞菌药敏试验不同时间段结果分析

目的探讨产粘液型铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonasaexuginosa,PA)药敏试验(K-B法)结果的报告时机。方法对所分离出的11株产粘液型的PA进行体外药敏试验(K-B法)和环丙沙星、舒普深的MIC测定,且记录不同时间段(24h、48h、72h)的结果。然后将此菌进行转种数代,使其粘液消失,再进行上述操作。并将上述两次结果进行对比分析。结果产粘液型PA24h抑菌环直径的毫米数与48h、72h后的结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。48h、72h的结果与转种后、粘液消失的PA24h、48h、72h的结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。环丙沙星和舒普深的MIC的测定结果与K-B法的结果相符。结论产粘液型的PA的体外药敏试验(K-B法)结果应该尽量在48小时后报告。

An analsis of the results of antimicrobial susceptibility testing at different time for mucoid Psendomonas aeruginose

Objective To explore the exact time of reading the results of antimi-crobial susceptibility testing for mucoid Psendomonas aeruginose (PA).Methods Eleven strains of mucoid Psendomonas aerugnosa were isolated,antimicrobial susceptibility test-ing was carried out by using disk agar diffusion test in vitro,and minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of ciprofloxacin(CIP),cefoperazone /sulbactam(SCF)were determined,then recorded the results after24,48,72hours respectively.The mucoid PA were also cultured to several generations until its mucus disappeared and repeated the above pro-cess.A comparison analysis was made between two results above.Results With respect to mucoid PA,there was significant difference between the result acquired after24hours and after48or72hours(P<0.05).Except for the result acquired after24hours of mu-coid PA,among all of the other results,there were no marked differences(P>0.05).To CIP and SCF,the results of antimicrobial susceptibility testing acquired by using MIC were in accordance with that by using disk agar diffusion test.Conclusions The results of antimicrobial susceptibility testing of mucoid PA should be observed at least48hours.
