摘    要:目的:研究观察早产儿出院后专用配方奶对其骨强度的影响。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,选择刚出院的早产儿并随机分为营养强化组(接受早产儿出院后专用配方奶粉喂养)和对照组(普通配方奶喂养)。从出院时干预至矫正年龄6个月。矫正年龄1、6个月时进行胫骨声波速度(SOS)测量。结果:共入组符合入选标准的刚出院早产儿70例,营养强化组34例,对照组36例。入组时两组婴儿的胎龄、体重、身长等均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。营养强化组早产儿在矫正年龄6个月时胫骨SOS值[(3 040.21±83.24)m/s]显著高于对照组[(2 971.33±78.46)m/s](P<0.05)。结论:早产儿出院后专用配方奶粉相对一般普通奶粉能显著改善早产儿骨强度情况,更加适用于早产儿,值得提倡。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of post-discharge preterm formula(PDF) on ultrasound bone strength in preterm infants.Methods Post-discharge preterm infants were enrolled in this prospective randomized control study and were divided randomly into two groups: the nutrient enrichment group in which the infants were fed with PDF and the control group in which the infants were fed with regular infant formula from discharge to 6 months′ corrected age(CA).Tibia speed of sound(SOS) was measured respectively at 1,6 months′CA.Results 70 post-discharge preterm infants who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study from January,2010 to January,2011,with 34 cases in the nutrient enrichment group and 36 cases in the control group.No significant difference was found between two groups with regard to conceptus age,body weight and height when enrolled in our study(P > 0.05).However,SOS value of the tibia at 6 months′ CA in the nutrient enrichment group(3 040.21 ± 83.24 m/s)was significantly higher than that in the control group(2 971.33 ± 78.46 m/s)(P < 0.05).Conclusion PDF can significantly improve the bone strength of the preterm infants,when compared with regular infant formula,and thus is demonstrated more applicable for the preterm infants.
