CD44v6在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨CD44v6在宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法，检测135例宫颈癌中CD44v6蛋白的表达情况，分析CD44v6与临床病理因素的关系。结果：CD44v6表达与宫颈癌临床分期，组织学类型无关（P＞0．05）。有淋巴结转移组和有脉管瘤栓组中的CD44v6阳性表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组和无脉管瘤栓组（P＜0．05）；且化越差，其阳性表达率越高。结论：CD44v6在宫颈癌的分化、浸润及转移过程中起着重要的作用，对早期预测肿瘤侵袭和评估预后是一种良好指标。

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD44v6 in Cervical Carcinoma

To study the expression and its clinical significance of CD44v6 in cervical carcinoma. Expression of CD44v6 was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, correlation between expression and clinicopathologic variables was examined.There was no relationship between the positive expression rate of CD44v6 and clinical stage and histologic type (P>0.05). The positive expression rate of CD44v6 was obviously higher in the cervical carcinoma with lymphatic or vascular metastasis than that without lymphatic or vascular metastasis (P<0.05). The worse differentiation of cancer cell,the higher positive expression rate of CD44v6 was (P<0.05). [Conclusions]CD44v6 might play an important role in the cells differentiation and metastasis of cervical carcinoma. CD44v6 is a useful marker to evaluate the degree of aggressiveness and predicting the prognosis in patients with cervical carcinoma.
