| 摘 要： | 为探讨预防褥疮的有效措施，将４０例神经外科病人随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用康惠尔溃疡贴外贴受压部位皮肤，对照组采５０％红花酒精涂擦加按摩受压部位。结果显示：观察组有效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。说明康惠尔溃疡贴外贴对预防褥疮有作用。

| Abstract: | To seek for the effective ways to prevent bedsore, 40 cases of neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into both control and test groups. Patients in test group had applied Comfeel ulcer strap on the suppressed area. Whereas patients in control group had applied Honghua mixed with 50% alcohol plus massage. Results showed that the effective rate in test group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Denoted that Comfeel ulcer strap external application was effective in the prevention of bedsore. |
