| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨全髋关节置换术后股神经与坐骨神经损伤发生的原因。方法 研究分析了我院 1983～ 1998年所施行的 5 87个全髋关节置换术。结果 共有 9例神经损伤 ,8例为坐骨神经损伤 ,1例为股神经损伤 ,均为非完全性损伤。肢体延长与神经损伤之间无明显关系 ,两者统计学处理无显著差异。而手术的难易程度与神经损伤之间有非明显的关系 ,两者之间有显著差异。结论 我们认为大多数神经损伤是由于手术中直接或间接的机械损伤所致。

| Abstract: | Objective Tostudytheincidenceofnervepalsiesaftertotalhipreplacement.Methods Wereviewed 5 87consecutivetotal hipreplacementsin 5 41patientswithhipdisease .Results Therewereninenervepalsies (onefemoral,eightsciatic) ,allincomplete. Wefoundnostatisticalcorrelationbetweentheamountoflengtheningandincidenceofnervedamage.Thecorrelationbetweenthediffi cultyandnervepalsywassignificant.Conclusion Thenerveinjuryismostcommonlycausedbydirectorindirectmechanicaltrauma. |
