| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(Matrix metalloprote inase-2,MMP-2)、特异性组织抑制剂-2(tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2,TI MP-2)的水平变化.方法:运用免疫组化法检测43例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(实验组)(妊娠期高血压13例、子痫前期30 例)、15例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)胎盘组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达.结果:MMP-2、TIMP- 2在胎盘中的表达位于绒毛的合体滋养细胞.MMP-2在实验组的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05 ).TIMP-2的表达在实验组和对照组的表达无显著差异(P>0.05).MMP-2/TIM P-2在实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2比值的异常可能通过影响滋养细胞的浸润功能而影响胎盘血管床的发育,参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病.
