| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产噻氯匹啶对急性脑梗死病人血小板聚集的抑制作用；方法选择98例急性脑梗死病人，随机分为噻氯匹定组和阿司匹林组，噻氯匹啶组用噻氯匹啶，阿司匹林组用阿司匹林，数据用方差分析，差异性用t检验；结果2组用药后与用药前相比血小板聚集率均明显下降，(P<0．01)，而2组间比较噻氯匹啶的作用大于阿司匹林(P<0．05)；结论国产噻氯匹定对急性脑梗死病人的血小板聚集有肯定的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of domestic ticlopidine on platelets gathering in patients with acute cerebral infaction. Methods Ninty eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups: 49 patients ( M 32, F 17, aged 59+ s7a) received ticolpidine . Other 49 patients as control group(M 35, F 14,aged 60+s8a) received aspirin .The course of therapy were 4 weeks. Results The platelets aggregative rates of 2 groups were both significantly reduced before and after treatments(P<0.01).The effect of ticolpidine was greater than that of aspirin. Conclusion Domestic ticolpidine has a certain inhibitory effect on platelets aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
