Rho激酶抑制剂对急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗研究

目的评价Rho激酶抑制剂在急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效，方法选择急性缺血性脑卒中患者196例，治疗组98例、对照组98例，分别在入院时及治疗后2周对患者进行神经功能缺损评分并进行临床结局评定。结果治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分改善较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，临床结局改善明显优于对照组。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者急性期使用Rho激酶抑制剂能降低患者神经功能受损程度，抑制卒中后继发性脑损伤。

Rhokinase inhibition by fasudil hydrochloride promotes neurological recovery after acute ischemic cerebral stroke

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Rhokinase inhibitor fasudil in ischemic cerebral stroke. Methods 196 patients of acute cerebral ischemic stroke were randomly devided into two groups. The neurological deficiency scores and clinical outcome were evaluated at the beginning and two weeks after two-week therapy. Results The neural function recovery scores and clinical outcome in fasudil group were significantly increased than the nimodipine group. Conclusions Rhokinase inhibitor fasudil can decrease neural function deficiency and hold back cerebral injury in acute acute ischemic cerebral stroke.
