| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医护理路径对脑卒中抑郁症康复效果的影响.方法:将98例脑卒中抑郁症患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例.对照组给予常规康复治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上实施中医护理路径.用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组患者入院时、干预后2周、4周、8周进行评分比较,用中风症状积分量表于8周后比较两组近期疗效,并对全部病例随访1年,比较两组复发率、病死率.结果:观察组在干预后2周、4周、8周HAMD抑郁量表评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).两组患者脑卒中近期疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者随访1年后复发率、病死率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:中医护理路径可明显提高卒中后抑郁症康复效果,改善抑郁症,降低复发率、病死率.
