Abstract:
Summary Ki-1 anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) commonly affects the skin, lymph nodes, and bone. Primary ALCL of the alimentary tract is rare. The authors describe a case of primary ALCL of the duodenum in a 62-year-old man who presented with epigastric discomfort and weight loss. The patient was treated with modified CHOP and is in complete remission at 18 months. We reviewed all cases of primary ALCL of the alimentary tract in the literature and noted that this neoplasm often mimics gastrointestinal carcinoma.
