| 摘 要： | 目的分离蓼科蓼属植物拳参 (PolygonumbistortaL )根茎 95 % (φ)乙醇提取物的化学成分并进行鉴定。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为没食子酸 (Ⅰ )、丁二酸 (Ⅱ )、槲皮素 (Ⅲ )、槲皮素 5 O β D 葡萄糖苷 (Ⅳ )、原儿茶酸 (Ⅴ )。 结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分得

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of the 95% EtOH extract of the rhizoma of Polygonum bistorta L.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis.Result Five compounds were isolated,and identified as gallic acid (Ⅰ),succinic acid (Ⅱ),quercetin (Ⅲ),quercetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅳ) and 3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid (Ⅴ).Conclusion CompoundⅡ,Ⅳ were isolated from Polygonum genus for the first time. |
