应用康惠尔透明贴预防尼莫地平经外周静脉泵入致静脉炎的效果观察

[目的]观察应用康惠尔透明贴预防尼莫地平经外周静脉泵入致静脉炎的效果。[方法]将240例经外周浅静脉泵入尼莫地平的病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例,对照组采取常规3M透明贴覆盖穿刺部位,观察组采用康惠尔透明贴覆盖穿刺部位。比较两组病人静脉炎发生情况、静脉炎的严重程度。[结果]观察组病人静脉炎发生率及静脉炎严重程度均低于对照组（P均〈0.05）。[结论]应用康惠尔透明贴覆盖穿刺部位,可降低静脉炎的发生率、减轻静脉炎的程度,效果优于常规3M透明贴覆盖穿刺部位。

Observation on effect of Kang whale transparent stickers for preventing phlebitis induced by nimodipine infusion via peripheral vein

To observe the effect of Kang whale transparent stickers for preventing phlebitis induced by nimodipine infusion via pe- ripheral vein. Methods：A total of 240 patients who accepted the nimodip- ine infusion via peripheral vein were randomly divided into control group and observation group,120 cases in each,the control group cases used the routine 3M transparent stickers to cover the puncture site, observation group patients used the Kang whale transparent stickers for covering the puncture site. The occurrence and severity of phlebitis were compared be- tween both groups. Results：The incidence and severity of phlebitis of ob- servation group cases were lower than that of control group patients （P% 0.05）. Conclusion： Kang whale transparent stickers for covering the puncture site can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and severity of phlebi- tis,its effect is better than the routine 3M tran~n~ront ~tirl~or~
