乳腺癌STAT3蛋白表达及其临床意义

目的:探讨STAT3蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测30例正常乳腺组织、76例乳腺癌组织中STAT3蛋白的表达,观察其与乳腺癌预后的关系。结果:STAT3蛋白在正常乳腺组织中的阳性表达率是23.3%,低于乳腺癌组织中的65.8%(P<0.01);STAT3蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的临床分期、细胞分化程度和淋巴结转移均有一定关系(P<0.05)。结论:STAT3蛋白在乳腺癌中的高表达可能是判断乳腺癌预后不良的指标之一。

Expression of STAT3 in breast cancer and its clinical significance

Objective：To investigate the expression of STAT3 in breast carcinoma and its relation with prognosis.Methods：The expression of STAT3 in 30 normal breast tissues and 76 cases of breast carcinoma was determined using immunohistochemical staining S-P method,and its association with prognosis was analyzed.Results：The positive expression of STAT3 in normal breast tissues（23.3%） was significantly lower than that in breast carcinoma（65.8%）（P〈0.01）.The expression of STAT3 in breast carcinoma was significantly associated with the surgical stage,differentiation and lymphatic invasion（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：High expression of STAT3 is associated with poor prognosis of breast carcinoma.
