舍曲林与帕罗西汀治疗社交恐惧症对照研究

目的：比较舍曲林与帕罗西汀治疗社交恐惧症的疗效及安全性。方法：将43例社交恐惧症患者随机分为舍曲林组（22例）及帕罗西汀组（21例）,疗程均为8周。疗效评定采用Liebowitz社交焦虑量表（LSAS）及临床四级疗效评定。安全性评价应用抗抑郁药副反应量表（SERS）、实验室检查及体检。结果：舍曲林组与帕罗西汀组疗效相当。两组不良反应程度均较轻,患者依从性好。结论：舍曲林治疗社交恐惧症安全、有效。

Comparative study between sertaline and paroxetine in treatment of social phobia

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of sertaline and paroxetine in the treatment of social phobia. Methods： Forty three social phobia patients were divided into two groups, treated by sertaline and paroxetine respectively for 8 weeks. Efficacy was evaluated with Liebowitz social anxiety scale （LSAS） and the forth clinical efficacy. Safety was evaluated with rating scale for side effects （SRES）, the laboratory test and physical examination. Results： The clinical efficacy had no significant difference between the two groups after the 8 weeks of treatment. The side effects of two groups were less. Conclusion：Sertaline is effective and safe in the treatment of social phobia.
