血管内皮生长因子与胆囊癌病理生物学行为及预后的关系

目的:探讨胆囊癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与其病理特征及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学(SABC)法,检测胆囊癌和癌旁组织中VEGF的表达。结果:癌旁组织VEGF阳性率26.5%(9/34),胆囊癌VEGF阳性率66.7%(38/57)。VEGF的表达与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和3a生存率相关(P<0.05、P<0.01),与生长方式和组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF可作为胆囊癌病理生物学行为及预后判断的重要指标。

Clinical Pathological Meaning of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Gallbladder Carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship of expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in gallbladder carcinoma with its pathological charactors and prognosis.Methods The expression of VEGF ingallbladder cacinoma were studied by immunohistochemical method.Results The VEGF expression rate was 26.5%(9/34) in the paracancer tissues,The VEGF expression rate was 66.7%(38/57)in the gallbladder carcinoma,The expression of VEGF was correlation with differentition、depth of invasion、lymph nodes metastasis and 3-years survival rate(P<0.05/P<0.01).The expressi on of VEGF hadno correlation with growth mode and histologic typing(P>0.05).Conclusion VEGF may be regarded as a important index of pathological biological behavior and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
