| 摘 要： | 目的:了解患者、医护人员对药师作用的认可程度与评价,促进药学服务的开展。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,以5分制评估被调查者的肯定程度,并进行相应分析。结果:患者对药师的职责了解程度不高,护士和医师对药师的技能评价较高,但对药师参与临床工作的方式与效果有很大分歧。结论:药师还需扩大提供服务的层面和领域,使其更受信任。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the approval and evaluation of patients,doctors and nurses on pharmacists and to facilitate the evolvement of pharmaceutical services.METHODS:The approval degree on pharmacists was evaluated analytically based on a 5-point grading system by means of questionnaire.RESULTS:Patients had little knowledge about pharmacists' responsibility.Doctors and nurses thought highly of pharmacists' skills,however,they hold quite different views toward pharmacists' working style and outcome in clinical work.CONCLUSION:Pharmacists should evolve their services to cover a larger area so as to gain more trust. |
