双圈缝扎固定治疗髌骨骨折的力学实验研究及疗效观察

用新鲜离断肢体制做标本,对双圈缝扎固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效进行了生物力学实验研究,结果说明该术式的固定强度足以抵抗在不负重状态下股四头肌的收缩力,提示术后可早期行膝关节伸屈功能锻炼。使用该术式治疗95例各类型髌骨骨折患者,经2～13年的随访,对骨折类型与疗效的关系,复位程度与疗效的关系及骨折类型与复位程度的关系进行了分析讨论,术后解剖复位率达66.3％,采用陆氏评定标准评价疗效,功能优良率93.7％。

Experiments and Clinic Study on Treating Patella Fracture with Double Circular Suture

Using fresh human cadaver specimens , biomechanical experiments were made to evaluate the efficiency of fixing patella fracture with double circular suture. The results showed the strength of fixation with the method was enough to resist the myotility of quadriceps without bearing weight. It was discovered that the function training on extending and flexing of knee joint after operation might be started earlier. Studying 95 cases of various kinds of patella fracture treated with the method by following up for 2-13 years, biscussing the relations between fracture kinds and efficiency, between reduced degree and efficiency, and between fracture kinds and reduced degree. The results were that the rate of anatomical reduce after operation was 66.3% , the rate of excellent result was 93.7% by judging with Lu 's Evaluating Standard.
