丙泊酚不同配方用于人工流产的疗效分析

目的探索丙泊酚不同配方对人工流产的影响,以获得较好的效果。方法 210例ASAⅠ级育龄期早孕妇女,随机分为7组,除第1组仅使用丙泊酚外,其余6组使用丙泊酚与芬太尼、氯胺酮、瑞芬太尼混合液静注。结果所有病人术中无记忆,血压无明显变化,呼吸抑制率为100%,如HR〈60次/min使用阿托品0.5 mg静脉注射（4例）,第1组的丙泊酚用量最多,体动率最高,第4组效果最好、体动率最小、清醒最快。结论单纯使用丙泊酚,术中体动率最高,如丙泊酚同时与镇痛药物配伍效果更好。

Analysis of anaesthetic effects of propofol in combination with other medicines in women undergoing artificial abortion

Objective To explore anaesthetic effects of propofol in combination with other medicines in women undergoing artificial abortion.Methods 210 ASA Ⅰ-class early pregnant women of reproductive age were randomly divided into seven groups,the women in the first group were intravenously injected with propofol,and the women in other group were intravenously injected with propofol in combination with fentanyl,ketamine,and remifentanil at different mixing ratios respectively.Results All the patients lost consciousness during abortion procedure,and the rate of respiration depression was 100% with no significant change in blood pressure.In the women with intravenous injection of 0.5 mg atropine for four times（four cases）,the dosage of propofol in the first group was the highest with the highest body movement rate,and the anaesthetic effects of propofol in the fourth group was the best with the lowest body movement rate and the fastest recovery of consciousness after abortion procedure.Conclusion The use of propofol alone is the highest rate of intraoperative body movement,while better result is the application of propofol with analgesic drugs.
